Payout Policy
How viewer credits become payouts and when money can be held.
Last updated June 20, 2026Credit Lifecycle
Viewer credits start as event-level records, then move through ledger review before becoming payout-available. A visible impression, valid decision token, active install, active user account, active advertiser organization, funded campaign, and budget authority are required for payable credit.
Credits can be pending, held, posted, voided, included in a payout batch, reconciled, paid, failed, or marked for follow-up depending on review and transfer state.
Manual Review
Every payout can be manually reviewed for fraud. We may hold or void credits tied to automation abuse, click farming, repeated invalid visibility, suspicious installs, account linking abuse, policy violations, chargebacks, or advertiser disputes.
Review protects honest viewers and advertisers. It may delay payout availability.
Payout Account
Payouts require a connected payout account with the required provider status, country, currency, and compliance fields. Provider account links are generated on demand and may expire.
Minimum payout thresholds, hourly and daily earning limits, payout timing, and supported countries may change as the service evolves.
Corrections
Waitline may correct balances for duplicate events, invalid traffic, refunds, chargebacks, pricing errors, or operational mistakes. Negative or corrected balances can reduce future payout availability.
